  SELF REFLECTIVE WRITING ON MY MEDICAL STUDENT CAREER  Welcome to my blog!!  This is prathyusha posted in general medicine department here to share few experiences in my medicine journey . To start with my 3rd sem my very first experience with the clinics, It was very overwhelming pretty much the entire year. I learned a lot in the classroom and clinics, but struggled with the volume of information that we had to know. But then with the help of my pgs , faculty got to know how to approach and take the case history step by step .  My very first case a 19 yr old female with developmental delay and dextrocardia who was brought by her mother with complaints of lack of weight and height since her childhood . I remember how my pgs taught me how to do  mental status examination and sexual maturity rating .
